I'm a beer girl. So experiencing a beautiful dinner by Central Kitchen's executive chef Thomas McNaughton with beer pairings from MillerCoors was definitely a highlight of my week.
The setting, company, and food were so amazing, that I totally did my happy dance for every course.
My first time trying Coors Extra Gold Lager, and I must say, I really really like it.
One of the 5 courses: Toasted Wheat Agnolotti Dal Plin paired with Leinenkugel’s Oktoberfest short rib. pine. mushrooms.
My favorite course, dessert: Figs & Caramelized Whey paired with Crispin Reserve The Saint green cardamom-honey ice cream.
This is me, totally excited to try and 20th Anniversary Blue Moon brew.
